Mahomes' Missouri Mansion
Patrick Mahomes bought eight acres of undeveloped land in Belton, Missouri, for about $400,000 in September 2020, shortly after signing a contract extension with the Kansas City Chiefs. Over nearly three years, he and his wife, Brittany, turned it into a custom family estate featuring a private football field, gym, golf hole, swimming pool and landscaped pond. The property’s value has been estimated at about $8 million, but its construction cost has not been confirmed.
