Arab Coalition reports 11 civilians injured in Saudi due to Houthi shelling
The Arab Coalition led by Saudi Arabia reported that 11 civilians were injured due to rocket attacks by the Houthi group in the Najran region in the southwest of the kingdom. The Houthis used indiscriminate shells targeting civilian objects, which constitutes a violation of international humanitarian law. The spokesperson clarified that among the injured are Saudi nationals, including a woman and a 4-year-old child, as well as Yemenis, Egyptians, and Pakistanis. This comes in the context of the Houthis escalating their targeting of civilian sites, announcing that they will continue their policy of "blockade within a blockade" until the siege on Yemen is lifted.
