The Decision-Making Committee at the Iraqi Ministry of Education has decided to conduct third-round exams for all completed education levels, including students who have failed in all subjects, for the 2025–2026 academic year. Additionally, a passing year without failures has been approved for all levels. The recommendation will be forwarded to the Council of Ministers for approval of these measures. The goal of these decisions is to enable students to complete their studies and to enhance their chances of success within the educational system.
