7.78 Billion Dinars in Transactions via E-Fawateerkom in First Half of 2026

During the first half of 2026, there was a noticeable increase in the value of financial transactions through the "E Fawateerkum" system, reaching approximately 7.78 billion Dinars. In June alone, the transaction value grew by 6% compared to May, reaching 1.26 billion Dinars versus 1.19 billion in May. The number of transactions also rose to around 41 million, while the number of users increased by 0.8% to 5.29 million. The most prominent sectors were government services and telecommunications, with a significant reliance on digital payments, which accounted for 82.2% of all transactions.
