Jordan made notable progress in the maturity of digital government services during 2025, reaching a maturity rate of 71%, marking its highest level in recent years compared to a decline to 63% in 2024. The report issued by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) indicated that Jordan is classified among the advanced-level countries in digital government services. The country achieved high results in areas such as the availability and development of services, ease of access, and user satisfaction. The assessment covered 99 government services from 41 institutions and focused on multiple sectors including commerce, transportation, internal affairs, education, and health. Significant improvements were observed in access, security, and user engagement indicators, along with recommendations to enhance service accessibility for people with disabilities and expand the use of artificial intelligence to support the user experience.
