Iraqi groups deny role in Saudi attack
The article included a denial by Islamic Resistance factions in Iraq of any responsibility for the bombing of Saudi facilities. It stated that Iraq has not launched any attacks against the kingdom, and that the Saudi accusations are merely an attempt to justify escalation. The resistance confirmed that any Saudi retaliation would be met with a harsh response, warning against the kingdom's threats and provocations. These statements come after Saudi Arabia announced the interception and destruction of several UAVs that attempted to target oil facilities in the Eastern Province and Riyadh, which the Saudi Ministry of Defense claims were launched from Iraqi territory.
