University of Jordan Hospital Hosts Gaza Children
The University of Jordan Hospital received four children from Gaza who are suffering from heart conditions, as part of Jordan's humanitarian efforts led by King Abdullah II to provide medical care to Palestinian children. This came within the framework of the "Jordanian Medical Corridor" initiative, where children were transported to Jordan for treatment after a batch of 50 patients from Gaza was distributed to Jordanian hospitals. Since August of last year, the hospital has hosted 59 children from Gaza with intractable heart diseases, blood disorders, and liver conditions. Some of them have completed their treatment and have been discharged, while others are still receiving care and monitoring. The hospital continues to provide support to enhance their chances of recovery.
