The summary of the article on vocational training programs in Jordan shows that more than 2,800 graduates, including those with PhDs, master's, bachelor's degrees, and diplomas, graduated from the Vocational Training Corporation last year. This reflects the growing demand for vocational training across all educational levels. The programs include training job seekers aged 16 and above, aiming to prepare them for the labor market or enable them to establish their own projects. Female graduates accounted for over 52%, with success stories of women who founded projects that create employment opportunities, such as establishing restaurants and pottery businesses that export abroad. Additionally, the Corporation launched micro-credentials in areas like English language, health and safety, and digital skills, alongside an evening courses platform in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. The organization is also working on expanding training coverage through mobile workshops that reach remote areas, increasing opportunities for training and professional development across various governorates.
