The Operations Manager at the Independent Election Commission reported that the "Yajiz" platform has registered over 39,000 participants so far to engage in managing electoral processes. The goal is to build a database of workers and to enhance their training through training pathways, with the number of those holding official certificates exceeding 8,000. Passing the exam is a necessary condition to reach the interview and selection stages, with no cap on the number of registrants, in order to support the ongoing need for electoral personnel in upcoming elections. The platform is used to qualify and employ staff at various stages of elections, including municipal and chambers of industry and commerce elections.
