The article addresses the tragic situation in Sudan, where the country is suffering from a severe humanitarian crisis involving escalating hunger, disease, and large-scale displacement. Figures indicate that approximately 33.7 million Sudanese are in urgent need of aid, and 19.5 million face the threat of famine in 2026, with an expected 825,000 children suffering from severe malnutrition. Additionally, around 13 million Sudanese have been forced to internally and externally displace due to ongoing conflicts. The humanitarian response plan remains incomplete by about 40%, due to a lack of funding allocated to address the crisis. The article calls on the Arab nation to add its conscience and action to help the Sudanese people and to prevent this hidden tragedy from continuing out of the public eye.
