This situation raises concerns due to ongoing acts of repression, repeated searches, mistreatment, a severe shortage of clothing and food, along with deliberate medical neglect. The report highlights the suffering of several prisoners, most notably prisoner Osama Fattah Allah Al-Shani, who suffers from a herniated disc and intense pain, lacking the necessary medical care. Additionally, prisoners are experiencing significant weight loss as a result of starvation policies, shortages of clothing, and the absence of regular recreation time.
