Jarash Agriculture forecasts olive oil output to reach 60,000 tons
The Jerash Agriculture Directorate projected a 20% increase in olive fruit production in the governorate for this year, reaching approximately 60,000 tons. Of this, around 11,400 tons are expected to be olive oil, along with 3,000 tons of fruits designated for pickling. The directorate also urged farmers to contact the Agricultural Guidance Department. Furthermore, the electronic numbering project for the livestock sector in Jerash reached 60% completion.
