The Public Security Directorate in Jordan reiterates its call to citizens to exercise caution and remain vigilant during the current unstable weather conditions expected to affect the country from today, Saturday, until Monday. Forecasts indicate showers of rain and hail, especially in the eastern and southern regions, with the possibility of heavy, thunderstorm-associated rain and hailstones, which may lead to flash floods and reduced visibility. Additionally, there will be active winds stirring up dust. The Directorate emphasizes the importance of following safety guidelines, such as maintaining a safe distance while driving, avoiding flood-prone areas, refraining from being outdoors during storms, staying updated with weather bulletins, and contacting emergency services if needed.
