Hebron Operation: 20-Minute Clash and No Warning
The armed attack on an Israeli military checkpoint near Hebron in the West Bank resulted in the death of the perpetrators and injuries to six Israeli soldiers, two of whom are in critical condition. The attackers carried out the assault by opening fire on the occupation forces with two weapons, leading to a clash that lasted more than 20 minutes before the assailants were killed. Prior to the attack, the attackers had planned a larger-scale operation, but the Israeli forces thwarted it through a swift response, establishing a security cordon around the area and intensifying arrest campaigns.
