Al-Balqa Applied University increased its enrollment capacity to 104,885 students this year, up from 67,128 in the 2020/2021 academic year—an increase of 37,757 places and cumulative growth of 56.2%. The latest increase, approved by the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission, covered six colleges, whose combined capacity rose from 52,031 to 76,489 students, an increase of 24,458 places. The university attributed the expansion to the development of facilities and laboratories and more efficient use of resources, alongside the growth of applied and technical programs and their alignment with labor-market needs.
