The Jordan Valley Authority confirmed that the 16 wadis under its jurisdiction are operating normally, with no collapses reported. They are monitored regularly, and preparations are underway for the approaching weather system. The Meteorological Department warned of flash floods in Balqa, Madaba, the central Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea area, with the possibility of soil and rock slides. The relevant authorities urged people to avoid wadis, flood channels and low-lying areas; not to cross roads where water is flowing; and to follow weather warnings.
