Results Decide His Stay
Jordan coach Badou Zaki said that results alone would determine whether he stayed on with the Nashama, and that the team was focused on its friendly against Australia after Indonesia withdrew from a match scheduled for November 13. He described Australia as an important test, saying the game would help develop the team and assess how well the players had taken on board the new style of play. It would also give young players an opportunity, with several regulars unavailable. He added that player selection depended on readiness, quality, and physical and technical preparedness, and that earlier matches had been called off to avoid fatigue and injuries.
