Ready to play
Jordan national football team coach Badou Zaki said that results alone would determine whether he stays in his position or leaves, even if his contract were to last 100 years. For now, his focus is on the friendly against Australia. He explained that Indonesia had withdrawn from the match scheduled for November 13, but said this would not affect preparations. The Australia game, he added, would test the players and help assess how well they had grasped the new style of play. He also said that the absence of some players would give younger players an opportunity, and that selection depended on readiness and quality. He expected Yazan Al-Naimat to return to group training next month.
