Partnership to Announce Hardship Tenders
The Public-Private Partnership Projects Authority continues to implement developmental and strategic projects across the country, as it prepares to award the tender for the Shagaya Renewable Energy Complex (Phase Three), with a capacity of 1,100 MW from photovoltaic panels. The investor will be selected this week after completing the regulatory procedures. The review of bids for the Al Khiran Power Plant project, with a capacity of 1,800 MW, is also ongoing. A deadline has been set for bid submissions for the Shagaya project at 500 MW on July 26th. These projects come after the completion of the awarding process for several other projects as part of a broad developmental plan.
