.jpg&w=3840&q=75)
The Head of the Committee on Administration and Justice, MP George Adwan, affirmed that the Lebanese Forces Party is determined to conduct parliamentary elections as soon as possible in accordance with the current law, while addressing any obstacles that may hinder its implementation. He emphasized that the national priority is to hand over weapons to the Lebanese Army before discussing any new electoral law or the future of the political system, as it is impossible to have a dialogue about reforms or the country's future while weapons outside state control exist. He clarified that only the state should possess weapons and authority before opening the door to political and electoral discussions among the Lebanese people.
