Cancer drugs becoming scarce
.png&w=3840&q=75)
The article focused on the problem of cancer medication shortages in Lebanon, where patients are facing a severe lack of drugs due to delays by the importing company in delivering the allocated shipments, putting patients' lives at risk. The source indicated that the delay is not from the Ministry of Health but from the contracted company, and that the issue has led to increased costs and difficulties in acquiring the medications through other means. The article calls for the necessity of enforcing the company's commitment to its contractual obligations with the ministry to ensure the availability of cancer medicines for those affected.
