Washington revises Iran strike options
Western sources have revealed that the White House requested the U.S. Department of Defense to update military options for targeting Iranian sites, including the possibility of launching strikes before the midterm elections in November. This comes despite President Trump's statements ruling out an attack on Iran before the elections. It is believed that any military action could be coordinated with Israel, with reports of aerial drills involving F-35 I aircraft over Iran and U.S. logistical support. Meanwhile, Washington continues to impose sanctions and increase economic pressure on Tehran, with assurances that Iran maintains its missile and drone capabilities despite previous strikes. There remains uncertainty about the potential for future American-Israeli military attacks.
