Makzoumi Advocates for Lebanese Sovereign State
Deputy Fouad Makhzoumi wrote on the platform "X" that lifting restrictions on air travel between Lebanon and the United States paves the way for direct flights and strengthens Lebanese-American partnership, thereby opening economic opportunities and closer ties with the expatriates. He emphasized the need for Lebanon to take tangible measures, including disarming Hezbollah, implementing financial and institutional reforms, and setting clear deadlines to ensure accountability, all aimed at preserving the sovereignty of the state and safeguarding the rights of the Lebanese people.
