Pennsylvania Shooting Leaves 8 Children Dead
Eight people, including two children, were shot and killed in a building in Pennsylvania, before the gunman committed suicide, according to local reports. Police responded to reports of gunfire in Erie and found the bodies on the street, with the attacker barricaded inside a house, prompting the police to cordon off the area. When forces entered the building, they discovered more victims, including the two children, and it appears the shooter shot himself, as his body was found with a gunshot wound. The United States continues to experience repeated mass shooting incidents amid challenges in passing gun control laws.
