Explosion site in Upper Galilee
An explosion occurred in the Rass Ramim area on the Lebanon-Israel border, resulting in 12 injuries, including one death, according to local and Israeli sources. It is believed that the explosion was caused by the detonation of a suspicious object, an unexploded shell, or possibly an old missile leftover from Hezbollah, after the area had been previously cleared of explosives. Israel stated that rescue teams are treating the injured and quickly evacuating them to hospitals, while Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office confirmed that the situation is being monitored continuously.
