Labor Minister issues circular on simplifying procedures
Lebanese Minister of Labor, Dr. Muhammad Haidar, reminded employers and citizens of a circular aimed at simplifying the procedures for issuing and renewing work permits. The circular recommends submitting applications at least one month before the expiration of the residence permit to facilitate processing within the designated deadlines. He emphasized that the ministry is not responsible for any financial burdens resulting from delayed submissions, and the advisory deadline is not an extension of the legal deadlines. This measure is intended to streamline procedures and reduce obstacles for employers and residents.
