Police warn about scams at Hbib Station
The Internal Security Forces issued a warning about a fraudulent scheme targeting citizens through fake phone calls claiming the existence of security or judicial files. The scammers ask for money to solve problems and avoid detention. They use official or foreign numbers and impersonate security officers and lawyers to persuade victims. Security authorities have managed to arrest two members of the gang. Citizens are urged not to hesitate to report such calls to the security agencies.
