Labor Minister issues citizen transaction guidance
Labor Minister Mohammed Haider issued a circular requesting citizens and employers to submit applications for work permits or their renewal at least one month before the expiration of the residency issued by the Public Security. The aim is to enable the competent authorities to complete the procedures within the designated timeframes. He emphasized that the ministry is not responsible for any additional fees that may arise due to delays, and that the deadline is advisory and does not constitute a legal extension. Compliance with all applicable conditions and laws is mandatory.
