Al-Khazen on Israel Boycott Law Progress
Former Minister Wadi' Khazen affirmed that the stability and sovereignty of Lebanon are a national responsibility that includes protecting the law banning normalization with Israel. He emphasized that this issue should be addressed through constitutional institutions, away from external pressures. He added that dealing with sensitive matters requires a tone that respects Lebanon's privacy, promotes dialogue, and upholds the respect for institutions, while maintaining coexistence and strengthening citizenship. Additionally, engaging with the outside world necessitates respecting sovereignty and constitutional independence.
