Iran Guards: 3 ships hit mine near Hormuz
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced that three ships, carrying oil and engaging in illegal activities through the Strait of Hormuz, caught fire after colliding with a sea mine west of the strait last night. Additionally, four other vessels were spotted violating regulations and targeted in the area. It was also indicated that the continued U.S. provocation of ships to pass through the deteriorating passage could lead to similar incidents escalating, with a warning that the confrontation might be expanded to U.S. bases in the region.
