Iran Guards Track Violating Ships and Fire Incidents
Iran's Revolutionary Guard forces, through the naval unit, monitored this morning, Thursday, four violation vessels that were passing through an illegal route in the Gulf. All of them were struck, and fires broke out onboard while transporting oil loads. Additionally, three other ships were injured by fires after colliding with mines in the western Strait of Hormuz. Iran accuses the American system of attempting to incite the ships to pass through the mine-laden passage, warning that continued this approach could lead to escalation of the confrontation to include U.S. bases in the region.
