Six hurt in West Bank shooting, two killed
Under the headline "Two Dead and Six Israelis Injured in Shooting Attack Near Hebron," the Israeli forces confirmed that attackers opened fire on a military tower near Talm in the southern West Bank, resulting in the deaths of two assailants and injuries to six Israelis, two of whom are in critical condition. The forces responded to the attack with security reinforcements and the closure of surrounding areas, leading to exchanges of gunfire that lasted over 20 minutes, amid a state of emergency in several settlements. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is holding an urgent security meeting to follow up on the security developments.
