Army: No warnings on Hebron operation
The Israeli occupation army faced a lack of intelligence warnings regarding an operation in the Hebron area, as they announced the start of a siege on the city and initiated a wide-scale offensive there. No reports indicated prior information about the attack, reflecting the potential for an escalation in the security situation in the region. The operation comes amid a military escalation, with Palestinian sources stating that Israeli artillery targeted the central Yassoun neighborhood in Gaza, along with calls from the Jerusalem Brigades for confronting the occupation forces and intensifying the conflict.
