An Israeli drone strike targeted a police post in al-Mawasi, Khan Younis, killing five police officers and injuring others. Three people, including a child, were also killed in a strike near a school in Gaza City’s al-Rimal neighborhood. Israeli forces also shelled areas east of Khan Younis and displacement areas near what is known as the “Yellow Line,” in violations of the ceasefire agreement. The Israeli army began a week-long military exercise to train for scenarios involving multi-front confrontations and rescue and relief operations.
