Souk El-Jumaa supervisor detained over payment demands

The Education Supervisor of Souq Al-Juma was detained in custody following an investigation into allegations of exploiting his position and demanding half of a teacher’s entitled payments in exchange for recommending their disbursement. The investigations confirmed that he requested 65,000 dinars out of total dues amounting to 2.39 million dollars, with a directive to stop at that point and not pursue any other related matters.
