Iran offers China access in Hormuz

Iran announced that Beijing will receive "special considerations" in the new arrangements for passing ships through the Strait of Hormuz, amid international controversy over Tehran’s intention to impose fees on navigation in this vital corridor, which handles about 20% of global oil trade. Tehran confirmed that the facilitation measures will be within the framework of its relations with friendly countries, including Oman.
