The Direct Social Support Program in Morocco has shown resilience, with the total amount disbursed to beneficiary families exceeding 51 billion dirhams by the end of 2025. Around 4 million families have benefited from it. Nearly two-thirds of these allocations have been directed towards protecting childhood and investing in human capital, with the application acceptance rate rising to over 91%. The program focuses on targeting support to the most vulnerable groups, especially in rural areas, and emphasizes strengthening social equity and reducing disparities. It also aims to enhance its efficiency in processing applications and improve administrative performance.
