Tragic End to Illegal Sea Migration Attempt Near Ceuta Before City Occupation
Spanish authorities in the occupied city of Ceuta have found the body of a young man who died while attempting an illegal crossing into the city by sea. The two young men had attempted to swim to the "Disnaringado" area; one successfully reached the shore, while the other fell into the water and disappeared. His body was recovered and transported to the port. Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of death, while reports indicate that around 20 people have died near Ceuta since the beginning of the year due to the dangers of irregular migration.
