Minor's body recovered from Tanjad water
This morning, the body of a 14-year-old boy was found in Wadi Ferkla in the Tanjdat area of Morocco, after drowning in the heavy floods. The boy was swept away by the floods that flooded the valley yesterday, prompting local authorities and civil protection teams to intensify search and rescue efforts, which resulted in his death this morning. Following the incident, local activists called for the swift establishment of a civil protection center in the region to expedite rescue operations and emergency response, emphasizing the importance of having a permanent facility to ensure immediate and efficient intervention.
