Drone attack disrupts power in White Nile and North Kordofan
The attack with drones by the Rapid Support Forces targeted the Tendelti Power Station in White Nile State, Sudan, resulting in a complete power outage for the city and surrounding areas. The outage has expanded to include regions in North and West Kordofan states. This attack occurs in the context of escalating assaults on Sudan's electrical infrastructure, as other stations in different states have been similarly targeted in recent months. This trend increases pressure on the electricity sector, which is struggling with repair difficulties and a lack of funding. No casualties have been reported, and the number of injured individuals transported to hospitals so far remains unknown.
