The Algerian authorities closed the "Legacy Luxury Algeria" hotel in Haidra neighborhood in the capital after videos circulated showing influencers stepping on the national Algerian flag inside one of the event halls. The hotel management confirmed that the images do not reflect the company's stance and that they are committed to respecting the symbols of the state. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Tourism and Industry has initiated legal and administrative procedures to investigate the incident.
