Oman and UK Trade Talks

The Minister of Commerce and Industry in the Sultanate of Oman is working to strengthen trade and investment relations with the United Kingdom through a visit to Britain, which includes discussions on increasing economic cooperation. Initiatives discussed include providing 300 job opportunities for Omanis, as well as efforts to localize employment in the oil and gas sector through collaboration between "OQAL" and the Ministry of Labour. Additionally, His Majesty the Sultan held talks with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, focusing on developing relations and reaffirming Oman’s role in addressing international challenges.
