Oman and UK sign AI and space MOUs

The Sultanate of Oman and the United Kingdom have signed two memoranda of understanding to enhance cooperation in the fields of space and artificial intelligence in education, with the aim of developing technologies and innovations in these areas. This comes as part of the two countries' efforts to advance scientific and technological relations, focusing on exchanging expertise and investing in joint projects. Additionally, the Ministry of Health announced a new requirement for issuing marriage certificates electronically, aimed at improving registration procedures and reducing paperwork. Furthermore, economic cooperation continues, as 300 jobs have been announced for Omanis in the oil and gas sector, through joint initiatives between the Ministry of Labor and Obal Company to recruit and localize employees in this vital industry.
