Omani Accelerator Signup
The Research and Innovation Authority, in collaboration with Sultan Qaboos University, has opened registration for the second edition of the “Launch Accelerator” programme, which supports Omani startups. Over a six-month programme, 10 companies in the water, environment, energy, food, biotechnology and health sectors will be selected and helped to become investment-ready and enter new markets. The programme offers workshops on entrepreneurship and prototyping, as well as specialised mentoring and support for digital transformation and intellectual property protection. In its first edition, it received more than 110 applications, and four companies secured total investments of OMR 160,000.
