The Minister of Health, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Badour, inaugurated eight specialized clinics at the former emergency department location of Prince Hamza Hospital, following its rehabilitation. Emergency and ambulance services have been relocated to Amman Field Hospital. Additionally, four pharmacy windows have been established, and the site has been equipped with records and accounting units, radiology, CT scan, and laboratory facilities. These measures aim to facilitate procedures for patients and reduce waiting times. The clinics include specialties such as general surgery, neurosurgery and thoracic surgery, vascular and fracture surgery, orthopedics, pediatric cardiology, and vascular medicine. Organizing these services helps alleviate crowding, improve traffic flow, and reduce pressure on the main pharmacy. This step is part of the Ministry of Health’s efforts to enhance service compliance and optimize the use of government hospital infrastructure.
