Five West Bank workers detained in Hadera
Israeli occupation police arrested five Palestinian workers from the West Bank on suspicion of entering Israel without permits, along with two drivers, in separate operations in the city of Hadera and its surroundings. These operations resulted in the detention of a vehicle carrying four Palestinians without permits, and a driver who attempted to flee a checkpoint, during which a Palestinian without a permit was found inside the vehicle, and the driver was detained on suspicion of transporting them. These campaigns are part of a policy to pursue illegal workers, amid tightening restrictions on Palestinian entry into Israel.
