Today, the town of Beit Awwa west of Hebron held a funeral for the martyr Shadi Al-Ajramah, aged 32. He was killed after being injured during an Israeli occupation forces’ chase of his vehicle on the bypass road between Bethlehem and Hebron, which ended with his car overturning. Israeli forces had detained his body since last Friday, but eventually handed it over after his condition worsened due to his injuries, which led to his death. He was prayerfully buried in the town. This comes within the context of escalating Israeli occupation activities in the West Bank and the recurring security incidents there.
