Settlers seize and attack olive workers in Birqa
A dangerous knife used by settlers to carry out attacks on farmers and olive harvesters in the West Bank, where assaults have been increasing since the beginning of the olive season. In the past 48 hours alone, 21 attacks have been recorded, with ongoing threats to target farmers and disrupt their routes, in addition to stealing crops and destroying olive farms. This reflects the escalation of the settlers’ aggressive policies and the role of the occupation in facilitating these assaults as part of attempts to displace residents and impose economic persecution.
