Support for Women in Tulkarm
The Palestinian Working Women’s Society for Development is working to support 30 women and young women in Tulkarm through a project aimed at enhancing livelihoods and economic resilience, funded by a Swedish organization. The project focuses on training women in project management and entrepreneurship, as well as providing technical, psychological, and social support. It also offers small grants to improve and market their products locally. The goal is to increase women’s income, promote cooperation among them, and enhance their ability to access markets, all while observing environmentally sound practices. The overarching aim is to strengthen their economic participation and help them face challenges resulting from crises.
