Aoun Initiative to Promote Sunnah and Reduce Mourning Costs
The family of medical student Aoun Mohammed Ismail Al-Fareq Al-Adwan launched an initiative titled "Aoun to Revive the Prophetic Sunnah." The initiative involved canceling the traditional funeral lunch known as "Turbah Lunch" and donating its costs to orphanages. The goal of this campaign is to promote the values of solidarity and compassion, turning the occasion of a loved one's passing into an opportunity for good, and easing the social and financial burdens on the families of the deceased, with a focus on reviving the blessed Prophetic Sunnah.
